DBT Groups

(Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)

DBT teaches clients four sets of behavioral skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotion regulation. But, whether you have a mental illness or not, you can absolutely benefit from learning these skills and incorporate them into your life.

We offer two groups:

1. Teen Group (Ages 14-18)

2. Adult Group (Ages 18+)
