Manifesting DOPENESS: The Workshop
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”. In this workshop we are going to work on giving yourself permission to align with abundance. The space to let go of the “lack narratives”, that replay in your head like a song. You see, we have been doing it wrong all the time. It’s not that we have to “see it to believe it”… in fact, we have to believe it to see it”. Therefore, if you believe you can’t, you are probably correct. Objectives: Getting grounded and in alignment. Identifying beliefs rooted in lack, that impact ability to create your dream life. Giving yourself permission to desire good things. Accepting reality, as it is, not as you wish it was. Self reflection and accountability for current reality. Forgiveness of self and others who have contributed to current state of being. Unlocking autonomy. Learning to manifest, bring forth, things that you desire.

A one on one Manifest DOPENESS session with me.
Homework assignments to reinforce what’s discussed in sessions..

Confronting Anger & Fear
The Confronting Anger and Fear workshop intends to take a look at how we have learned to manage these emotions. Often painted as “negative” emotions, we will learn tools to deconstruct this belief and build a new relationship with them. We will learn how to step away from learned responses, which often include a trauma response of fight, flight, freeze, and move towards a more mindful approach. We will learn to observe and describe, from a non-judgmental point of view, in order to re-integrate these emotions as helpful instead of harmful.
Using some skills from DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), we will:
Develop and implement mindfulness skills in the presence of Anger and Fear
Utilize emotion regulation to stay grounded with Anger and Fear
Use a trauma lens to understand our current responses, and identify new responses
Discuss how we can reframe Anger and Fear and use the momentum of the intense emotion to motivate behaviors.
Nalej of Self, LLC provides corporate mindfulness trainings/ workshops to address the individual needs of each company. These workshops/ trainings can be used to address professional development, burn out and interpersonal effectiveness. Workshops/ trainings will use elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma informed concepts and cultural competence. Workshops/ trainings can be half day, full day, and reoccurring, based on the need.
